The Master in Education in Educational Leadership program explores topics in school leadership such as law, finance, administration, and human resource management. The program gives educators the opportunity to explore the academics behind administration and is an excellent precursor to pursuing an administrative certification. Typically, Master’s coursework can be utilized to fullfill professional training requirements and advance on the salary scale. Students typically complete the entire 33 credits in under two years. However, full-time enrollment can allow students to complete the program in approximately one year. Students are accepted for a period of five years and can choose to pursue their program on a part-time basis. Flexibility of enrollment is a hallmark of Alvernia’s Master in Education in Educational Leadership Program.
