The Master of Education (M.Ed.)/Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior dual degree combines educational preparation in the areas of leadership and administration in the schools with a comprehensive course of study of management and organizational principles that transcend the professional fields. The dual degree program requires application and admission to each program and the completion of all requirements for both degrees. The M.Ed. degree requires Illinois state teacher certification and a minimum of two years' classroom experience for admittance into the program.
