This Master of Arts in Education (MAE) Degree in Educational Administration is designed to prepare practicing educators for a career in Pre-K-12 school administration. The programs provide experience in practical situations in school settings, as well as applications of educational psychology research, are thematically integrated with all aspects of the curriculum.

Coursework emphasizes the development of knowledge, skills and dispositions characteristic of effective and innovative administrative leaders.
