The Educational Leadership program is designed to help the classroom practitioner or administrators develop the skills to effectively construct and direct a program of religious studies. Upon completion of the program, participants who qualify may also receive the Lutheran Teaching Diploma (LTD). The religious studies component is based on the traditional teaching of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS).
