To the extent that such Content is not deemed a "work made for hire," the Contributor assigns permanently and irrevocably to www.universities.com any and all copyright rights in and to such Content, including without limitation all extensions, renewals, and reversions of copyright and waives any and all moral rights in connection with the Content.

Contributor Rewards
All Contributors are eligible to participate in the Be Rewarded Program.
Contributors Content that has been chosen for publication will receive one egift expressed on Site for each approved submission.
The quality of the Content will be determined by www.universities.com at its sole discretion but based on the quality of the content.
www.universities.com may at its sole discretion change the Be Rewarded Program and these changes may include but are not limited to changing the criteria for obtaining an egift .
A failure to provide a correct email account will result in the egift being forfeited.
www.universities.com reserves the right to disqualify, not award an egift, not accept or not publish any Content for any reason, in its sole discretion. An egift is for the sole redemption of the submitting Contributor and may not be transferred between Contributors. Your egift may not be sold, bartered or purchased.
