Piedmont College educates students to become successful and responsible citizens through rigorous academic instruction in the liberal arts and professional disciplines. Learning opportunities are provided through undergraduate and graduate programs offered at various locations. The institution emphasizes high ethical standards and respect for diversity.
 
About this School
Piedmont College is a private, church-affiliated liberal arts institution in the historic northeast Georgia town of Demorest. The school was founded in 1897 as the J.S. Green Collegiate Institute, and soon afterwards became affiliated with the Congregationalist Church due to a need for additional financial support. The college currently has an enrollment of around 2,500 in a variety of programs.
