The Master of Education program with a specialization in PK-12 Principal Leadership is designed to prepare you for certification as a PK-12 school principal in the state of Arizona. In addition to standard MEd content courses, you will take five specialization courses that cover essential working knowledge needed by today's principals, including school law and finance, and how to provide leadership and supervision as a PK-12 principal. A 16-week capstone internship is also required and includes an action research project. Licensure/certification is not guaranteed.
