- PhD in Media Psychology (Online + Face-to-Face)
PhD in Media Psychology (Online + Face-to-Face)The PhD in Media Psychology applies theories of psychology to the study of how media and technology impact human behavior. These include the psychology of social intervention and advocacy, audience engagement, innovations in narrative, branding, and transmedia storytelling. Faculty provide a multidisciplinary approach to the study of a wide variety of media. A blended learning environment allows students to balance their studies with the demands of work, family, and community commitments. As the first PhD program in Media Psychology in the country, it uniquely positions graduates to seize emerging opportunities. Eligibility Requirements: No GRE required. A bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a US college or university accredited by an accrediting agency or one recognized by the US Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or an equivalent international degree.
