Midwestern Career College offers certificates and degree programs in allied healthcare that prepare students for rewarding and successful careers. Established in 2004, the institution operates in four locations across the Chicago metropolitan area, is approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education and the United States Department of Education and is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.

Many MCC programs include externships, also known as clinicals, which provide an excellent opportunity for unique training in a real-life patient-care setting, where students will get hands-on experience in their field of study. Externships help build a student's education and career by:

  • allowing students to gain real-world experience from hospitals and clinics in the Chicago metropolitan area
  • building a student's resume so it is more attractive to employers

    Midwestern Career College Career Services is dedicated to assisting students and alumni with their job search. From helping students with their resumes to coaching to improve interview skills, from cultivating relationships with healthcare facilities to placing students and graduates in jobs, MCC takes career services seriously. We make every effort to help our students and graduates find employment in their field.

    MCC is approved by the Division of Private Business and Vocational Schools of the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).

    • Midwestern Career College is authorized by the U.S. Department of Education to offer eligible students federal student financial aid assistance (Title IV).
