Career Preparation
What letter grade would you give your school on how well it prepares students for a career in the real world?
Based on 7 Reviews
Alumni
Hisory, Class of 2004

They have a career center that I am eligible to use even years after graduation

Rated January 2016
Alumni
Literature and Writing Studies, Class of 2007

My school was small and provided small class sizes for direct help from instructors and ability to build relationships with classmates. There were many academic/social clubs on campus. There is a teaching certification program and many real world majors available at the school.

Students and Culture
What letter grade would you give the students/culture at your school?
Based on 7 Reviews
Alumni
Hisory, Class of 2004

Commuter culture, as at the time I attended no dorms had yet been built. So there was not a lot of on-campus activity during the later hours

Rated January 2016
Alumni
Writing, Class of 1999

It was a new school at the time and just finding / defining it's culture

Rated January 2016
Alumni
Literature and Writing Studies, Class of 2007

It is a commuter school with students who usually work and go to school. There is not a lot of "partying". The student body is very diverse in terms of age, social class, gender, race, ethnicity, etc.

Rated January 2016
Alumni
Spanish, Class of 2004

At the time, they were new -- nice and well planned

Rated January 2016

As a recent addition to the Cal State University system, most facilities were built within the last 20 years. Lots of access to computers in the expansive library. Many choices of food in the common area.

Alumni
Spanish, Class of 2004

At the time I was there - new but small

Rated January 2016

Activities and Groups
What overall letter grade would you give the activities/groups at your school?
Based on 7 Reviews
Alumni
Hisory, Class of 2004

This school is too new to have developed a lot of campus traditions, especially since there was no students living on-campus until recently, and it is not a big sports school at this time.

Rated January 2016
Alumni

The school was fairly new at the time -- that was also just being established
