Great critical thinking skills, public speaking skills, knowledge of social justice issues and great writing skills.

I went to graduate school directly from undergrad, so I didn't really take advantage of career services. We did have a career services department though, and opportunities to work with professors in research labs were helpful in preparing for graduate school.
