Fairly average. Nothing extreme. Many people from major cities. Strong Green presence and Republican presence.

50/50 there to learn, vs there to have fun/party

The student population felt diverse to me, but that may be based on the fact that my high school was 99% white. :] The environment/culture was fairly relaxed and very fun but still focused on academics. There were a lot of opportunities, both academically and for fun.

Predominantly white middle class. It is a multicultural facility however and does attempt to promote diversity.

When I attended, pretty good, except the dorms, they were antiquated.

Brand new dorms, not sure about anything else. I graduated over 20 years ago.

Psychology, Class of 2009
At the time, the condition of the dorms varied greatly. Gaige (freshman) and Lenhardt (soph, junior) were fine, but others (Burrowes) were not nice. The dining halls were both fine. The computer labs and classrooms were fine, though there needed to be more computers in the lab (even if you have a computer at your room, you often needed to print, check things, email between classes). Since I've graduated, I know Millersville has done a LOT of renovating - the main student center (SMAC), the dining halls, lots of dorms, so I'm sure it's great now!

Most are up to date and some even progressive. Certain buildings do garner more attention than others when it comes to updates. The dorms are rather aged and showing it with various trouble like mold growth and only moderate cleanliness.

There were a lot of intermural sports, and intermural innertube water polo was pretty hilarious and unique. We also had the river behind campus, so that was fun for swimming/hanging out/drinking. We also went to Park City Mall a lot.

As a commuting, non-traditional aged student I didn't participate in many on campus activities. They do have popular sports activities and an impressive theatre and music program.
