It's been over 15 years now so I can't honestly say. For me, when I was attending, I don't think anything really prepared me except what I learned on-the-job.

Both had a diverse mix of students: local/out-of state; various ages; lived on campus/commuted, etc.

I honestly didn't used any of these facilities. I commuted and did all my studying and "homework" from home.
