The particular tools I used were from University College and its student/self designed degree programs. This program allowed me the flexibility to study course from three colleges at the same time without having to "major" from any one of them.

University of Memphis is more of a 'commuter' school, so the culture may be more diverse and fractured than at some schools. In recent years I have the feeling that has improved though - they seem to be trying hard.
