    Working with professors and advisors one on one so that you can get connections to other schools or hospitals. Lots of support for internship and practicum opportunities, and research in conjuction with other organizations.

    This is a fairly liberal school. Whether the students are serious depends largely on the college. The business school and law school are well renowned. Classes that have one or more representatives of non traditional (or older) students tend to be more in-depth and serious.

    I didn't live on-campus, but the buildings have undergone major renovations in recent years and look great. Johnson Gym needs a big overhaul, though.
